Our journey will begin in Nanchang, Jiangxi, where you will check into the historical Tengwang Pavilion and witness the magnificent scenery of “the rosy clouds and the solitary heron flying together.” Next, you will ascend Lushan Mountain and explore the breathtaking scenery that poets have lingered upon, appreciating the grandeur depicted by ancient writers amidst the surrounding mountains.
In Wuyuan, lush tea gardens and ancient Huizhou-style architecture will present you with picturesque rural scenery. While in the world-renowned Jingdezhen, you will witness the ceramic production process firsthand, visit thousands of years of porcelain art, and appreciate the unique allure of this “Porcelain Capital.”
As your journey leads you to Xiamen, you will enjoy the warm sunshine and delicious food of this coastal city, explore the history and culture of Gulangyu Island, and experience the unique charm of the “Garden on the Sea.”
In Quanzhou, we will revisit the glory of the Maritime Silk Road, explore history museums, and indulge in the unique Hakka culture in the earth buildings (Tulou). Finally, we will take you to Wuyishan, lingering in its picturesque mountains and waters, tasting authentic Oolong tea, and participating in a tea ceremony, immersing yourself in the profound depths of tea culture.
